Booking Summary

Please read before booking — by purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.

✔ Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required for Stay & Play sessions and seasonal events to secure your space.

  • A £50 deposit is required to hold your slot for birthday parties.

  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

✔ Refunds & Cancellations

  • All tickets are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the play session/workshop/event cannot be moved.

✔ Unable to Attend?

  • You may gift your ticket to a friend or family member.

  • You are welcome to resell your ticket privately.

  • Please let us know the new attendee’s name before the session.

✔ Materials & Costs

  • Some workshops and seasonal events require advance purchasing, materials and organisation.

  • To protect the business from loss of income, we reserve the right to offer rescheduling (with a minimum of 24 hours notice) or reselling rather than refunds in these cases.

✔ Safety & House Rules

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Milk for babies is welcome; other food or drink is not permitted due to allergies and the impact this has on our small business.

  • Pushchairs may need to be stored in our allocated undercover outdoor area to keep pathways safe.

  • Sleeping babies in pushchairs are welcome indoors.

✔ If We Need to Cancel

  • If we cancel or postpone an event, we will offer you a full refund or a new date.
