  • Parents/carers are required to supervise children at all times.
  • You are welcome to bring milk for babies who still need a bottle but other food and drink from outside of the premises is prohibited.
  • In the interest of maintaining hygiene on the floor for your little ones and due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs inside the play/cafe area. A small indoor area is reserved for pushchairs but this is first come, first served.
  • For safeguarding purposes, adults are not permitted to buy a single ticket. If you are meeting a friend with children, all tickets will need to be purchased under the same booking.
  • We ask everyone who is entering the play space to purchase a ticket. This includes babies (0-3 months free), children and adults.
  • We will be happy to reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice.
  • Please do not purchase a child ticket if there are no adult tickets showing as available.
