Finding Us

Where are you?

You'll find us at 4 Somerset Square, Nailsea, BS48 1RP. We are opposite the children's park in the town centre, next to The Card Factory.

Where can I park?

There are 4 car parks close by. Waitrose car park (currently 2 hours free), Tesco (currently 2 hours free) Tower House and Public Parking, opposite Iceland. New parking charges have recently been brought into force so please check signage carefully.
M.O.M Play Space is not responsible for any damage, theft, fines, towing, or other issues resulting from improper or unauthorised parking. Guests are advised to follow all posted signage and park at their own risk.

Can I bring my pushchair?

We are unable to accommodate pushchairs inside the play area itself, due to limited space and in the interest of maintaining hygiene for children. A small indoor area is reserved for buggies but this will be first come, first served.

Toilets/Accessibility

Please be aware that we currently only have one customer toilet. This and our baby changing facilities are both down one flight of stairs. All of our play facilities are on the ground floor. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

booking

Joining us for play or parties

Do I have to book for play sessions?

We accept walk-ins as long as we have space. However, we can only guarantee entry if you have pre-booked a session. We do not advise arriving in wet weather without a booking, as we fill up very quickly.

Can I come in and meet a friend if I don't have children?

Of course. We do ask that these bookings are made as a group, however. For safeguarding reasons, we do not accept single adult bookings.

How do I book a party?

Visit our 'parties and private hire' page to see details of our birthday parties. Let us know your preferred date and time, using the contact form and we will be in touch with a booking form.

Can I hire the venue in an evening for an event/class?

Absolutely. We'd love to hear from you. Please email momplayspace@outlook.com to discuss this. Prices start at £20 per hour when you make a block booking.

Can I bring a child older than 7 in?

Yes, children aged 7+ are welcome but must be seated at a table with their parents/carers. Our insurance is very strict about the ages of children on the equipment we have provided. The toys are really aimed at younger children.

Need to know

Food and Drink

Can I bring a packed lunch for my child?

We respectfully ask that food and drink from outside the premises is not consumed in the cafe. We plan to have plenty of food and drink options and your cooperation with this helps us to keep children with severe allergies safer.

Can you cater for allergies?

We cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from food allergens. We advise those with food allergies or sensitivities to inquire about ingredients and preparation methods before ordering

Do you have a coffee machine?

Yes! We do - and look forward to serving you during your visit. Until the end of July, parents and carers showing a same day parking ticket will be eligible to claim their first coffee for free, during their visit.
